Chalean Extreme before TurboFire

I have been a fan of the Turbo workouts for several years. I have recently completed the Extreme workout program and am looking for more, so I ordered Turbo Fire. Upon reading the information, I saw this hybrid workout to add Extreme with the TurboFire. My fear is that I will lose the muscle that I am beginning to see with the Extreme. Can I just jump to the hybrid workout? Should I stick with the TurboFire and hold on the Extreme? Am I making a mistake by changing workouts?

I would still like to lose some fat in a couple of my problem areas. I would like to keep my muscle tone I have already in my arms and legs. I would really like to incorporate all of these workouts if possible.

Any ideas?

    I don't see why it would hurt. Like Chalene said in a previous ustream video that is what the beachbody programs are made to do. So you can make them work for you. I say if you like extreme do the hybrid. :)
