Not losing weight!

I eat 1200 calories daily and I exercise 3-4 days a week and when I do workout I eat back my calories. In the last couple of weeks I havebeen stuck with no weight loss. I just went thru my fitnesspal reports and it tells me that I should be burning 1000 calories per week to lose 2 lbs per week.
Does anyone know if this is accurate. I suppose I wasnt working out hard enough. Do I need to step up exercise?
I currently do Jackie Warner and we just started Jillian Michaels DVD. I also just started doing a boot camp on Saturdays for 1.5 hours.
Thanks

Assuming your BMR is 1800 calories (mine is much lower), eating 1200 only creates a 4200 calories deficit in a week. you'd need to burn an additional 2800 calories a week to lose 2 pounds.
One pound = 3500 calories0 -
With what you have to lose, I expect your loss per week goal may be too high (meaning your deficit is too high.) These threads might help you determine a healthy, realistic goal/deficit. The one baisleac posted is good also. Good luck to you!

I think the 2 lbs a week may be too much. Have you talked to a Physician or a nutritionist?0 -
