My first couple NSV's

So... I've lost 19 pounds and I'm feeling SO good. I don't feel like anyone can SEE a big difference yet... but it is amazing how much better I FEEL. I have a long history of headaches and migraines - have had them for years and years without a known cause. I had a headache pretty much everyday... since I've started myfitnesspal... I've only used pain medication once!!! That is amazing for me! Just goes to show that eating right and exercising has so many benefits!

As a bonus, I can tell in the ways my clothes fit me that I am getting smaller. My favorite pair of jeans fall down (which is sad cause they are my favorite, but I can deal with it). Also, I ordered a dress for one of the many weddings I had to go to last summer... and of course when I got it I couldn't get it zipped. i kept it as motivation to lose weight, I pulled it out of my closet and it fit!!!! I could zip it up and everything!

Just thought I'd share my first couple NSV's!
