kind of an advanced weight loss technique :] amazing for people who have hit a plateau or are trying to lose those stubborn last 10 lbs. You have different carb allowance on different days. Low carb for 3 days then have a re-feed with high carbs! Clean Eating for best reults :]

    check it out :D

apparently im still too fat for this lol when I get closer to my goal weight, and need a kick in the *kitten* to drop those last few pounds I will totally run to this! :).. right now I'm doing slightly lower carb, about 100g carbs, instead of 300g

Haha xD I am too apparently no worries xD I dont have a 4 pack :p but i still swear by it! Mostly for people looking to get lean/ripped. 100g of carb is pretty low actually! Even on my low days sometimes I get to 80 just so I can fuel my workouts D: haha

I don't carb cycle per-say, but I have a dynamic calorie/macro intake based on if I lift weights that day or not.

i.e. 2300 calories, higher protein, carbs on lifting days, 1650 calories, lower protein higher fat, on non-lifting days.

I carb cycle but you know already :P
On days I lift hard (back and legs) I do medium carb days. Then I have another day that is refeed (over 400g of carbs) which is probably saturday or sunday. All other days are what I've come to know as "peanut days" hahah high healthy fat and less than 90g of carbs days.
My waist today measured 30.5" so now my goal is 30" :D

Yeah, like we've talked about, I carb cycle as well. Primarily based around the heavy lifting days.

Three days of lower carbs isn't really a carb cycle...

    I've been cycling for years,

I've always found that this program works best

    Monday: No Carbs (Under 30g's)
    Tuesday: Low Carbs (75g's)
    Wednesday: High Carbs (150g's)
    Thursday No Carbs (Under 30g's)
    Friday: Low Carbs (75g's)
    Saturday: High Carbs (150g's)
    Sunday: Low Carbs (75g's)

I don't work out on my High Carb Days to allow my muscles to pull in all the glycogen they can, and I do high intesisty cardio and workouts on the no carb days because those are your biggest fat burning days.

I know this thread is dead but I wouldn't mind connecting with others who are currently carb cycling. I've been doing it since December with great success so far & wouldn't mind discussing some of the nuances with others who have some experience.

    Where y'all at, carb cyclers??
