Well 11 days into this and so far so good. Cool program. It has really help me look at what I'm eating. Getting portions under control, then will branch out into more choices of food. Whew 5lbs down 130 to go.

    Welcome! Good luck on your journey! I have found MFP really useful and it is full of wonderful supporting people. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have :)

    It has been great. I'm learning daily and actually it's funny, but when you actually eat healthier it is sometimes hard to eat all your calories. Thanks for the good thoughts hope everyone on here is successful.
