There seems to be a huge part on these blogs about failing, not eating right, didn't do it right today. What is wrong with me that I love chocolate. Etc etc....
Everything is mind over matter, it really it...What we believe, and that includes hunger, or need for food.
Yes we need nutrients, but our fat has nutrients too..
look at your body like a car with tons of gas tanks...do you go fill up at the station every time you only have your one tank a quarter empty? No you keep going till your tanks are empty or you only have one or two left.
Start gifting yourselves instead of punishing.. You want that piece of cake....GO WORK OUT! Calculate the exact amount of time you need to work out to pay for the cake...simple....
DO extra on days you can so you can store it so to speak at least in your mind....just like a credit card.
Research, not just what is being said here, people we have weight issues....that is why we are here....Nothing like learning how to make money from a homeless person....
No offense to anyone...
We can only share what we have learnt...Search, research...Learn that water alone can tighten your skin and make you loose weight.....
Learn that you do not need any food as long as your body has storage...
Oh this is going to get people riled but true...
Learn that a gastric bypass patient is the only ones on this planet eating the right amount of food.......Nope I have to take that back..so are hard core builders and high exertion people.
Here is the truth......look it up...don't believe me....it's okay...
your kidneys need water in order to function and flush out your toxins in your body...If your kidneys are not getting enough water.....your liver has to do the job...If your liver is doing the job it does not have the ability to increase your metabolic rate, because it is working overtime and being strained... Simple .....
If you drink LOTS of water....kidneys can do their job...Liver is then left to raise your metabolic rate and..........increase how fast it burns your fuel.....fuel=fat
I am not saying everyone on here is wrong...because they are not...
we have to find what works for us...For some Jenny Craig is amazing, for others a joke...For some the gym is hurt sooo good, for others I don't think so TIM...There is not only one right way...just like in life there is measures of right ways depending on the person.....
Trust yourself. Stop telling yourself you are going to fail....Be ready, it is okay if your not...you are just putting in time no matter how much you want to change your body if you are not ready....That is not something to beat yourselves up over......
Take a break and try again...What you really want....No what you really think you need you will achieve.....the Law of the Universe says so....
trust your smart...Search for your answers..share what you know...accept we will all do our own way...
