I don't see it on the list of exercises. Does anyone know how many calories on average to put in?

I had to google it, but i'm not sure. Walk away the pounds? Heart rate monitor might be your best bet. When I work out (cardio) i use about 10 cal/min or more according to a polar heart rate monitor. I work out hard though. Maybe 8/min?

I am sorry.. Yes Walk Away The Pounds. They are a great set of workout videos designed to help you "walk away pounds" from home. 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile videos in the box set I have. Wonderful workout. I find that my 2 mile video gets my heart rate up faster and longer and I sweat more then I do for the same time period on the treadmill. The only difference on the treadmill I can push myself faster and harder by increasing incline or speed where the video is set at a controlled pace.
