I would say if you've lost 15kg already I would just stick to what you are doing :-) Well done!

My brother in law uses it along with his Martial arts training. It makes him severely hyper! He fidgets and talks constantly, has trouble sleeping at night, and eats a pretty shocking fast-food and chocolate diet as he feels like he can because of the pills. I think he's lost some weight, but I don't think it's worth the side effects! He'll also have no idea to keep the weight off when he's stopped taking the pills because he's not learning good food habits.

Re-iterate what Mrainbow said. If its not broke, dont fix it!. You dont get any long term benefits from pills!!
