Hi Everyone - any suggestions?

Hey everyone,
I've been using fitness pal for a while now but never really used the forums before.
I'm going on holiday in 3 weeks time and the bikini is being dragged out of the cupboard. I'm currently 145lbs but would like to try and get down to around 135lbs before my holiday. I know this isn't the healthiest way of doing things as you should only try and lose 2lbs per week but i've been trying to lose weight for the last few months and nothing really has worked.
I'm doing an hour of exercise 5 times a week and keeping my calorie base to 1200per day.
I would really appreciate any ideas on how to kick start this weight loss and once I get back off holiday I'll do it the healthy way

I would go low carb for a couple of weeks but I wouldn't recommend it long term as it gets very dull. Make sure you drink plenty of water with it, veggies are fine if you avoid the starchy ones and keep fruit to berries only.0
