My friend and I decided we want to bake cookies. The only problem is, she's vegan, and we're both trying to eat healthy. It's really hard to find anything online, so does anybody know a low-calorie vegan cookie recipe? (:

Yes I do!!! Use any carrot cookie but instead of shortening or oils use applesauce. Instead of sugar use spl enda baking sugar. Don't put any salt in. Put raisins, dried cranberries or other dried fruit in for more sweetness. I have to bake like this for me and diabetics. They're pretty good. If you have no recipe,message me and I'll send you one.
