MFP lowered my net goals

I am 11 lbs away from my goal and MFP just cut my caloric intake goals by over 200 calories. Why is that?

    once you lose more than 5lbs it will auto adjust so you continue to lose weight. It's a good thing!

    The smaller you are the less calories your body needs so your intake adjusts after you lose pounds.
