A friend showed me this site and I thought that I'd give it a go. I've got about 4 stone + to lose and have tried just about everything else. I'm hoping that the support from this site will spur me one to lose the weight. The main problem I think is the exercise, I've got a sedentary job and a lot of driving, not much time in the evenings and so will have to do more over the weekends. Well, that's the plan!
