I've noticed several posts concerning gyms and members impressions.

Some don't like to see others wearing make up, or with nice hair.

Some shy away from social interaction.

Some see other members struggling with equipment or routines, but don't offer help.

Several don't approve of others attire, or choice of music.

And on, and on, and on.....

My question is; So what?
My opinion is; If its that bad, and you aren't going to take action, what to do hope to gain by complaining?

That said, anyone can come to my gym and do what ever they want. I'll support you, you can support me. Except for Mayor West. He can't come because he's bigger than me. I got to be the big one.

K, thanks.

Wow, well stated. I see that way too often someone struggling to use a machine and no one will help. I just wish I knew more about the machines so i could step in

Mayor West doesn't go to the gym; Like Captain Hammer he's just naturally like that- so no worries.

I have a problem with the woman/man tying up the cardio machine obviously not accomplishing much except glancing around looking for their next "conquest". The female looks picture perfect, nary a drop of sweat (God forbid). The guy is there for appearances only. It is the "healthy" version of a bar.

Why do I care...it is tying up machines for people who are there to exercise

That's a valid point. Though if they were on a machine sweating buckets would they still be in your way. I understand your frustrations, I really do. I just can't fathom why so many people seem to get disgusted at their gym, but keep going and never do anything to change the situation.

I fully respect people there for working out...that is what a gym is for. You want to preen? Go to a bar.
