Need a little help

Ok I need advice. I lost 9 lbs before I joined in February. I have been on here 55 or so days. I did plateau for 4 weeks and then increased my cals, and lost 4 lbs within the next 3 weeks. So my question is am I obsessing too much,or should I be seeing more results. I only want to lose a few more ( not sure exactly until I get there) I started running and exercising more, so I do see a difference, but the scales and the measurements don't reflect so...Just not sure if the effort I'm putting in is showing. Feel free to look at my food are give advice. Thanks in advance

The closer you get to your goal and the lower your BMI is, the harder it is to lose pounds. Just be patient and stick to it and the weight and inches will eventually come of. You could also be gaining muscle which makes the scale slow down a bit too.

Agreed, it does get harder as you approach your goal/healthy weight. 4 lbs in 3 weeks is very good progress at that point. In my case, I'm 10 lbs above a healthy weight and I'd jump for joy at a pound a week loss. Usually 1/2 lb is more reasonable. Keep doing what you're doing, the progress might be slow, but it's progress0

I agree 100% the closer you get the harder you have to work! Keep up the good work and know that we all stall... but it still comes off! :flowerforyou:0
