I have been so good not eating sweets, well I actually have not been eating any in awhile. Well, the sweet tooth got the better of me today. I had WAY WAY too many sweets. At least tomorrow starts a new day! Thank goodness! Plus tomorrow officially starts in 2 1/2 hours! :wink:

    Congratulations on all your success to this point.

    I know you're disappointed, but try to log those calories as closely as you can. Often it isn't as bad as you think and I find that it takes all the power away from the food and gives it back to you.

    It is a really bad habit to get into to say "oh well, I'll start again tomorrow".
