What's your fave (healthy) Cereal?!?!

Most cereals even if disguised as good for you all healthy kind can run as high as 200 cals and up per cup.

I really like unsweetened almond milk (40 cal per cup) and I want a variety in my cereals...currently I'm eating Kellogs Corn Flakes (100 cal per cup)....I add blueberries and a banana to it.

Just wanted to see what everyone else is eating and how high/low is your cereal in calories, sugar, sodium etc.

Lemme know. Thx.

For cold cereal, I love multi-grain cheerios or Special K flakes with strawberries - I think they're both a bit over 100 cal per serving.

My fave hot cereal is Kashi's Hearty Cinnamon and Honey - yum!

I really like Fiber One original bran cereal. I eat it with skim milk or soy milk and if it's for a bigger snack I add some raisins to it. It tastes just like raisin bran without all the sugar. They make different flavors too that are supossed to be good but I haven't tried them yet.

Kashi Go Lean Crisp with ground flax seed sprinkled on top. It's not super low calorie but it keeps me full for a couple hours which prevents me from overeating come lunch time. It's also delicious.

Fiber One Caramel Delight is pretty good too.

I like the Fiber one Honey Clusters, but the sugar content is a bit high.

My FAVE cereal is Reese's PB puffs, but unfortunately it's not so healthy lol.

Kix (Kid tested, mother approved LOL) I don't usually eat a bowl of cereal but Kix is great for snacking on. 110 calories per a 1 1/4 cup serving with only 1 gram of fat and 3 grams of fiber. Better than a lot of other snacks you might be eating in front of the TV. :)

Just recently tried kashi 7 whole grain honey puffs. 1 cup = 120 cals, 6g sugar. Pretty sweet too, and super healthy since it has 7 whole grains! I also like cinnamon burst cheerios, although I wouldn't necessarily call it healthy.
