First NSV

I sort of just starting out and actually trying, so I haven't had any scale vicotories yet, but I had my first NSV today. I went to request some medical records this morning and there was a bowl of bite-size Snickers hanging out on the recpentionists desk, begging to be eaten. I didn't even take one.
