GOALS FOR TODAY...
1. Stick to meal plan (didn't do so well yesterday during a birthday party at the pool).
2. Workout at least 30 min. (exercised 2X yesterday...should be no pblm today).
3. Drink at least 2L H20 (with the hot weather outside, this is easy).
4. Go to bed by 10pm (went to bed at 1130pm last night...need to sleep earlier tonight).
5. Record and post on MFP (need the accountability).

    My goals:

    1. Don't eat Chinese (messed up big time on Chinese food last night - how do they stay so skinny?)
    2. Increase my water intake (slacking lately)
    3. Kickboxing class with hubby.
    4. Pool time with kids.
    5. Asleep by 10 p.m., which means in bed by 9 to read and unwind so I can get up at 3 a.m. for work.
    6. Be more positive about life (could it be that TOM already!?!

    CHECKING IN...
    1. Stick to meal plan (did fairly well considering unexpected pampered chef party).
    2. Workout at least 30 min. (failed to workout at all today).
    3. Drink at least 2L H20 (a little short on the water...only 1.5L).
    4. Go to bed by 10pm (it's nearly 1030pm and I'm still up).
    5. Record and post on MFP (doing it right now at nearly 1030pm).

I have an appt with a dietician tomorrow to help me start focusing on my goals. I wonder what the scale will say...(mine said 173 this morning--I remember telling myself I would never let my weight go past 130...150...160...and here I am over 170!)
