NEEDED: A MFP workout buddy

Does anyone want to start the 30 day shred with me today or tomorrow??? I need a work out buddy!!! I have started it before but its been a few weeks so I need a clean start and an accountability partner!!

L1D1 - wow. could.not.move. after done. Felt sick. Hope it was just from pusing myself and not a bug. Stupid dog got concerned about me and started nudging me with her nose and licking me while I was struggling through push-ups! LOL!
Feel great now though...arms are sore, feel like I def worked them. Legs are okay and the abs are burnin!
Took my measurements down this morning...tried to take a pic, but couldn't get a full body shot like I wanted, and couldn't convince the hubby to wake up just to take a picture!0 -

Been a while since anyone has posted here. How are we all doing?? I can already feel that my endurance is improving. Took yesterday off, due to a killer headache in the morning that finally let off around dinner time. Gotta love TOM. (or maybe it was the vodka cranberries the night before....lol....hubby and I got out for a date night...happens about 3 times a year!)
Today was back at it...almost feel like I'm ready to move up to the next level, still struggling a bit through that first round of cardio with the jumping jacks/jump rope combo. I take a 5 second break between the two...but don't need a break during the last round when we got through all 4 cardio moves.0
