i just joined this today, but im hoping to really keep up and get my goal finished.
i sucked on today only because i didnt really know how bad the food i was eating was..
and i guess i should start eating breakfast but i dont really get up all that early, and im not hungry when i do. so maybe not.
so any suggestions, words of wisdom or advice? all would be appreciated.
im hoping to be about 115ish 120 by school. (:
