I have an addiction to dipping cookies into my coffee.
And now I'm on a search for cookies that I can dip in my coffee that sill actually soak it up that won't ruin my diet.
Unfortunately I can't make any cookies with nuts or nut butters in my home because we have an allergy, but most other ingredients are fair game. As this is more of a treat, low-calorie is preferred over high-nutrition, but if you have a recipe for 200-300cal in cookies that are loaded with fiber, slow-release carbs and protein maybe I could squeeze that into breakfast before a long day of class
Any ideas? ~
