I suffer but do not follow any eating plan, although I probably should avoid acidic foods (oranges, tomatoes etc)

My little girl has it on her scalp. She had it every since she was 5. She ask santa last christmas if he could take it away. It nearly broke my heart. As for diet, I never seen anything out there that can help!

first off- i'm annoyed at myself for spelling it wrong!! LOL
I have had this half my life- it comes and goes. Now it is at its strongest and I just can't take it anymore!!!

I have been reading about how not to drink milk, so now i'm off milk. Then read to follow a glutten free diet - i'm amazed how much a diet has to do with this skin disease! Its not all topical like I always thought- has to do with the INSIDE & OUTSIDE.

@ kelly- i was in H.S when I got it- but I feel for your daughter. I'm getting more help at a health foods store than I ever did at any dermatologist office!! Keep that in mind for her future- good luck:)
