Howdy all! I am Matt 27 years old and looking to shed about 20lbs. I am at 200 now and am in pretty good shape, the only problem is I used to be 200lbs but a good bit of that was muscle that has now been replaced by fat! My wife and I have a baby on the way and I am trying to get in better shape for the new addition. I hope to be able to contribute to this community as much as possible as I am sure I will be able to receive any help I need from yall!
