I'm back to MFP. I used it last year, but stopped when I started getting negative comments about my weight loss. Now that I've gained weight, I'm getting comments about gaining too much. I have decided to stop listening to others and get healthy for me. I want to stop eating emotionally and eat better foods - cut down on sugar and fast food. I also want to focus on toning up more than losing weight.
