Hi everyone! My name is Maelie and I'm from Florida. My weight loss journey began back in 2005 when I was at my heaviest around 160 pounds. I lost about 30 pounds and got down to my lowest (125) about a year and a half ago.
Since then I've slowly allowed ten pounds to creep back on; my boyfriend calls it love weight and I call it I ate too many cheeseburgers. I've always worked out, and still currently do cardio 3x per week and strength training 3x per week. But I've decided to bite the bullet and start counting calories again since that seems to be what works for me. This site comes highly recommended so hopefully it will help me stay on track and lose those damned ten pounds.
Also, I'm 4'11" so ten pounds might not seem like a lot but on a short person it looks like twenty
