Has anyone used it before? If so, did you see results? I am using it right now but I cannot tell if it is actually helping.

I wouldn't do it. I tried it back in High School when it still had ephedra in it and had the worst side effects - insomnia, jitters, heart pounding....and i didn't take nearly what the bottle said to take. No magic pills exist, sadly. Diet and Exercise - Calorie Input vs Calorie Output is the only way!!!!0

I tried it and it didn't help lose weight but it did give me a boost energy wise. I would like to say I now just have a cup of coffee and it gives me the same boost alot cheaper!0

I used it when it still had ephedra in it too and lost an incredible amount of weight, but that was probably because I was only eating 1000 calories/day and working out like a fiend. I didn't have the side-effects that some people have, but I don't think the pills do anything more than placebo.
Changing your lifestyle is what will help you lose weight, plain and simple. Workout and eat well. No magic involved.0 -
It was great until they took out the ephedrine.
There are a few supps left on the market that will give you a pep. I like NoXplode, and Jack 3D.0 -
i dont know about that..but most of these fat burners etc are all gimmicks. you arent going to lose any weight if you just take them and dont do exercise..
i was at a weight loss plateau back during the summer. I took Lipo 6 black Hers, and with heafty exercise and the lipo 6 i broke free of my plateau and it helped me lose the last 4-5 lbs i needed.0 -
Stop taking that garbage. It doesn't do a thing that's beneficial. You may lose weight but only because it's making you shed water weight.
I used it back in 2004 when I was in college. It didn't have ephedra in it (they had already banned it) but it still made me jittery. I looked like a crackhead because my hands were always shaking.0 -
there's no point in taking diet pills since 2006 because the FDA banned ephedra from being in them. The diet pills were effective due to something called the ECA Stack. Now they just have a bunch of random ingredients that have little research on their effectiveness.0
