My opinion...none. I did a liquid diet when I was about your age and it really messed me up. Unless you have like 300+ lbs to lose and would be medically supervised, why would you want to do a liquid diet, when you can lose just fine eating real food? Please don't do it....especially without the help of a doctor.0

I have a podcast I listened to. The speakers are a nutritionist and body builder. They say if you do one like for cleansing only do like one day on and one day off and to make sure that you eat a lot of protien and good healthy foods the day before.0

I have had great success on my very low calorie (liquid) diet. However, it was through a hospital with supervision, monthly lab work, counseling and classes. I have transitioned to food. I think you need support above anything! It's not for everyone, but it is an attractive method of dieting for some (myself included!)
