New to MFP

Hello everyone! I just joined MFP today and I am excited to see if it helps me. I started my diet/exercise plan in January and have lost 14 lbs so far, but for the last month I've been stuck. A friend said I should try this website. I found that I wasn't eating enough calories in a day!!! So, I am excited to see if I get results this week with my new diet plan. Wish me luck! :-)
