Hitting a wall every 10 lbs

Hello everyone!
So far, I'm generally doing pretty well with my diet and weight loss goals. However, I seem to hit a wall about every 10 lbs. I'll stay the same weight for about 2-3 weeks, no matter how I diet or exercise. After a those weeks, my weight starts to drop again. I understand that hitting these walls can be normal with weight loss, but it's frustrating that it seems to happen more frequently than I thought was typical.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is it a totally normal thing? Is there anything I can do to combat this wall? Any advice and input will be appreciated!

Ya kinda, I dropped down about 16 lbs, real easy than the next four has been absulute buggers. I put on one loose half than stay the same than loose 3, than put on 1 and a half. I havent weighed yet this week. Been doing this for about a month or two now.0
