Since I've joined a few weeks ago, I have seen really great results with my weight loss. However, I have noticed a drop in my performance during workouts. I was originally on the 2lb/week weight loss, but since I'm in the military and I have a PT test tomorrow (wish me luck!) yesterday and today I switched to a 1/2lb per week to help me out. I was wondering if anyone else noticed something similar, and if once they started eating more again, performance went back up right away
