So, as you can see I need some serious help.

I checked the restaurants web site and of course it has no nutrition menu on there (that's what frickin' scares me!)

Anyone out there have any good ideas for me?

i love french cooking, so here is my advice (take it for what it's worth):

enjoy it! eat light for breakfast and lunch, and enjoy every bite that goes in your mouth for supper. workout a bit harder or longer than normal and don't give it a second thought. one meal is not going to make or break your life.

I agree. I tried the eating super well when i went out and i missed out and still went over. now i enjoy it (the hubby helps by splitting with me). If you want pack up half your order to be leftovers before you start eating and that cuts the calories in half.

french cuisine is fabulous... and it can also be very healthy if you do it right...
anyway, whenever I've eaten out since logging on here (including French, and even Indian restaurants I'm surprised at just how vast the food database is here @ MFP ...
