New to MFP, not to weight loss (and weight gain, lol)

I'm 39 yo professional female with no kids, so I have lots of time to work out. But I also LOVE to eat and cook -- total foodie. I love wine (my downfall). And I have emotional eating issues.

I'd like to lose 20. I'm averaging working out 5-6x week, 4-5 hours of cardio and 2-4 hours of strength training. But my food habits need some TLC. That's why I'm here.

I just signed up for the 10 pounds in April challenge. I hope this keeps me motivated!
