Finished the 30 day shred!!! Pics

Today was my last day of the 30 ds, yea!! Here are the pics, they're small but I hope you can see the changes. Black/white shirt was about day 5, middle dress was day 22, last dress was today...day 30!!

    I can really see the difference around your waist. Great job! I'm a fan of the 30 Day Shred. Completed it a couple of weeks ago, and now I'm doing her new one, Ripped in 30. After the Shred, Level 1 of RI30 is pretty easy, but Level 2 is a killer!

    Wow!! you look fabulous!! What an inspiration! I'm on Day 5 of 30 DS (still level 1) and seeing your pics really makes me want to suffer through the rest of the program to be able to look as good as you do! Congratulations on all your hard work!!

    I'm on day 15 of the shred. Did you take your measurements before and after? How much weight/inches did you lose?

    I use a heart rate monitor and input the 30 day shred info as a my own exercise. Good luck, you'll love it!
