Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr whats going wrong ???

Im getting a bit frustrated as this is week 3 and no weight seems to be shifting in fact i have gained some ,,i weigh daily and im fluctuating but i am frustrated because i am exercising almost daily ,,yesterday i burnt 450 cals in the gym then went swimming as well as rushing round at work all day ,,im going to be honest i have had the odd blip in the week but nothing over the top so whats happening???

    :smile: I would suggest that you open up your diary so that people can give you advice on what might be going wrong. There are a tonne of reasons you have gained/stayed the same - but peeps need to know what they're dealing with before commenting

    This is exactly what happened to me but over the last week I have seen the most results. I started March 9th and have lost 7 pounds!Things you can do, don't weigh yourself everyday, it will make you nuts. Watch your sodium, it makes you retain water that can make you fluctuate. Measure yourself. You could be losing inches and not know it. Give it time. It will come off so DONT GIVE UP! Good luck!

    My advice and take it for what you would like is to not weigh yourself daily because it does fluctuate on a daily basis and also stress can contribute to weight gain as well. Just be patient with yourself, you are doing good and just believe that you can do it. A positive attitude to me is worth so much in trying to lose weight. I think opening up the diary may help for everyone to give you tips as well!! Good luck and you can do it!!

    start checking your measurements. it might be muscle is starting to form on your body. it weighs more than fat. it is hard to say more than that without seeing your food diary.
