Hi there,
I'm a new member also trying to loose a few pounds.
I have a very sweet tooth and i have managed to overcome the urge to munch sweets by drinking vanilla tea, black with 1 sweetner.
It works for me, so why not give it a try and it stops me buying mars bars every time i fill my car with petrol.0
