shred calories

hi all, i just did my first workout on shred. I came on to log my exercise and dont know what to put where. I know calories varies for each person, but was wondering how you but yours in. Is it via each excercise or what?
I usually only ever do walking as an excercise so am of need of a little help

    I think people have said to log it as circuit training. Enjoy!

    I use a heart rate monitor but if I had to use MFP, I'd say circuit training. I will say that MFP estimates are on the high side for me.

    Thanks for all your help.

    I dont tend to eat my workout callories , as i said i usually just walk, so even if they are slightly high it will not affect me all that much.I just like keeping a record, so i can look back and see what i have done, how i have improved etc

    Just completed the shred yesterday. I used an HRM as well. SunLovin1 I'm also feeling like a cheesehead!!!!

    I think 27 minutes is too much

    Each circuit is 6 minutes 3 min strength. 2 cardio & 1 minute abs
    I use 20 minutes so i can allow for the warm up. If I have to stop, I shave off 1-2 minutes

    I'd rather UNDER estimate than OVER
