GOALS FOR TODAY...
1. Make wise food choices when going out to lunch (nothing fried and no dessert).
2. Drink at least 2L H20.
3. Workout at least 30 minutes.
4. Appointment with dietician---set long term goals!
5. Record and post on MFP.
