New...but not really

So I'm not really new but I want to think of myself as new. I actually started this in late December of early January (not sure). Yes I have lost ten pounds which feels great, but I've allowed myself a lot of slack and I will purposely sabotage myself and think I'll do better tomorrow then not have to will power to do better. So I decided based on my weigh in day (which is today) that today is a new day and I WILL become a new me. I have a few ideas (some from here, some of my own) that I hope will allow me to do this again and succeed! I'm ready this time:happy: ...........I think.:indifferent:
