I tried this on a whim, was in the mood for chips and dip, but we all know how that can go and calories.

So I splerged and figured out a lunch that was tasty and filling and kept my calories down while kind of cheating and satisfied that craving! And I am kind of full.

1/2 cup of Rosarita Refried Beans 120 cal
about half a can of Del Monte Diced Tomatoes about 45 cal
This really helps fill up the pan and softens up the beans.
Heat up in pan with maybe some onions and bellpepper or whatever

Pinch of favorite shredded cheese sprinkled on top about 30 cal (depending on cheese)
(I used mozzarella)
And special counted out number 1 serving of chips about 140 cal (depending on chip)
(I used Tostitos white corn)
Served on a plate like a full meal and grub:wink: You get to dip the chips and just spoon up the rest and eat up. Only 335 calories and pretty darn yummy if you got the craving to cheat!
