Strength training

I have hit a plateau in my weight loss and I know it is because I do not do enough strength training. It bores me so much, and I know because I don't feel that same immediate gratification as I do after a great cardio workout, I'm not driven to do it. However, I know I need it. Can anyone recommend any tricks, routines, or fitness classes that may help me change my outlook?
