Updating Diet/Fitness Profile Question

Hello! So some basic weight loss math - the more you lose and the lower your weight gets, the less calories you need to consume daily to continue to lose at the 1 lb per week rate. I have lost 5 lbs so far and was playing around with my profile last nite. I updated my diet/fitness plan and my calories reduced by 10 per day based on my current weight. So...my question is... how often do you think I should go in and update this profile for the most accurate calorie estimate? Every 5 lbs, 10 lbs, etc? Is this something you do on your profile?
