Very intersting.

Based on this calculation, mine is 39. I would say that is pretty accurate since the last time I had it measured a few weeks ago it was 40. MFP says it is 39.2.

I googled one for women. Not done it yet but will have a go later.

Anyone been to the clinic to have their body fat measured? I'm considering it but unsure if its worth it because I'm happy to just judge how I look in the mirror and what I see on the scales.
