Too many sugar carbs from fruit?

Ok, I know fruit is good for you, but can it be over eaten? I'm a college student, so I usually grab all-natural Naked juices (no sugar added) or Smoothie King (always with protein and no sugar added fruits) for breakfast or a quick pick me up. When I log them in my food diary though - that's a lot a freaking calories/sugar/carbs from fruit/protein based smoothies! Should I be worried that the sugar from the fruit will hinder my weight loss? I'm not technically "overweight" so I have to be super careful about what I eat and how often I hit the gym because my body is comfortable with my weight. Any insight/suggestions would be much appreciated!
