Hi all I have recently started a new fitness plan. I have always been a dvd workout buyer here and there and I even joined a gym last year to get back my pre baby belly. But now I'm doing turbofire and I plan to follow it with the turbo/chalean extreme hybrid. II am more then happy with my weight, I'm 105 pounds 4 11, but I really do not like the way my stomach looks. Maybe its skin, maybe its fat IDK but it has to go.

When I joined this I said I want to maintain my weight. But I'm not sure if I should reduce my by bodyfat (and thus my weight) and then put it back on in muscle? Or go straight to building muscle(and putting on weight) Or just stick to my plan of working out and eating enough to maintain my weight?

Oh yea I'm young 25 yrs old. And still nursing (would like to end that at this point lol, but eh) So I havn't calculated the calories lost from that on this fitnesspal
