Stuck-HELP

Hello,
I've been on MFP for one month now with 8 lbs down. The first 8 came off quickly but now I feel like I've hit a wall. I generally stay under my calories (but not too far under) Any ideas or suggestions? My food diary is open. I also try to work out everyday but I do have a hard time eating all my calories on workout days.
