Hi Everyone!
I know a lot of people suggest wearing the heart rate monitors to get a truly accurate read on how many calories you burn exercising... but i have a pacemaker/defibrillator and the HRM's can interfere with it. Does anyone else have this also? I just try to under-estimate my calories burned (i figure it's better than overestimating) but it does get frustrating some times! How do you keep track? Thanks!!
