Eat some more protein. The estimates they give are low anyway. :)

Going over in your protein and fibre isn't bad.

Going over in protien is just fine. MFP has a LOW daily limit for protien. You're fine to have chicken for dinner too... it builds lean muscle!

If you are working out, you will want to eat more protein. That isn't a bad thing. Just because it is listed next to "Calories" "Fat" and "Carbs" doesn't mean it is your enemy.

ya unless your only eating protein its ok.....they give pretty low guidelines......enjoy your planned dinner with no regrets.....

my dietitian has me eating protein with every meal and snack because it keeps you fuller longer,

MFP only tells you the minimum protein for your goal weight range. Do some research. The Atkins website explains some and just "googling protein diet recommendations" should help comfort you. It's good to have high protein during weight loss. MFP recommends 45 for me, but I actually eat about 75. Generally you should have a MINIMUM of .35 grams per pound according to FDA guidelines.

You can go into your goals and do custom to change the percentages which will adjust your food grams.
