I alway struggle with natural (IE real foods versus shakes and mixes) protein and especially iron (I cannot eat beef).
Today, my co-worker gave me some of her Edamame she had left over from lunch. I went to log in my amount and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!
For a quarter of a cup of these wonderful little beans (lightly salted) there was only sixty calories, but there was a 5 in protein and an 8 in iron!!!! Personally, I think this is a great find for anyone looking to add a little more of both these items and cant or wont eat meat!
