I'm not sure how to add the number of calories I burned today through exercising. I wear a heart monitor so I have the right number but I don't know where to log it in.
Thanks,

enter your excercise. if the name of your excercise is not on the list you can either choose one that is similar or add the excercise to database. there you can add the time and calories this will then add to you allowed calories for the day0

Hi vpsmith
From "home", click on my exercise. YOu can add exercise, minutes and calories burned. You might need to play with it a little to get it to record exactly what you want0 -
under the tab (across the top of your screen) called Exercise....then click 'add exercise'0

When you click on "add to diary", scroll down to cardiovascular and search for the exercise or since you have your own calorie count, add a new exercise. This is the way I do it and it works great0

I tried adding my own exercise but there was nowhere to add my calories. I did a little over an hour of my Jillian Michaels online circuit training. I ended up having to just log it under cardio when actually it wasn't cardio. But I seem to only be able to add my calories in the cardio section.
