NSV: Exercise Cravings

I think I am at the point now where I feel crappy if I don't workout. Every morning when I get up I am so irritable and little things really tick me off. As soon as I work out for the day, I feel soooo much better. My mood instantly improves and it almost feels like I can breathe again. That's a good thing, right?
